in 2017 a four month expedition kayaking alone from the south to the north of the Maldivian Atolls, retracing the same 1985/6 solo expedition
visiting the exact same locations 30 years later, free diving to collect foreign materials from the coral reefs, these items were mixed with island organics, laid directly onto glass 8 x 10 inch film plates and exposed by the rising or setting sun and moonlight
